NAVY NUKES - Energy Marshall - Huge Earning Potential - Lots of Responsibilities Locations: • Columbus, Ohio • Atlanta, Georgia • Future opportunities in Northern Virginia and other regions Salary Range: $150,000 - $215,000 (based on experience and qualifications) Benefits: • PLUS - All expenses covered, including housing - THIS IS A BIG THING TO TAKE NOTE OF • Full-time W2 employment with long-term growth opportunities. Position Overview: We are hiring an Energy Marshall to oversee the safety and operational integrity of data center construction projects. This role is critical to ensuring high standards during the construction and commissioning phases. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee safety protocols and operational integrity of electrical systems during commissioning and construction. • Collaborate with contractors, general contractors, and clients to drive project success. • Provide oversight of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. • Represent the company confidently and professionally on-site. • Work directly with the CEO during the onboarding process to ramp up for independent site operations. Candidate Requirements: • Former Navy personnel with nuclear operations experience strongly preferred. • Transitioned into electrician roles with subsequent commissioning experience. • Minimum 5 years of experience in data center projects (3-4 years for highly exceptional candidates). Experience: • Proven expertise in electrical systems, commissioning, and data center operations. Skills and Traits: • Independent, self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Assertive, confident, and capable of handling high-pressure environments. • Effective leader who can manage stakeholder relationships and represent the company at a high level. Additional Details: • Onboarding starts in January 2025, with project site responsibilities beginning in March, April, or May 2025. • This is a full-time W2 position (not a contract role).
