Highside Distilling is a small, family owned and operated distillery in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, producing a line of Gin, Amari, and Single Malt whiskey using the finest ingredients. The three of us, Jeff (Dad), Helen (Mom), and Matt (son), all share a love of home brewing and a passion for the craft beverage industry, which evolved into opening our own dream distillery in 2018. We do everything on-site and by hand at our facility on Bainbridge Island, including mashing, fermentation, distillation, and aging of spirits. Our family has always had a strong belief in the positive impact of memories created over a shared meal or drink.
