As an AI Talent Journey Manager, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and acquiring top talent for our organization. Your expertise in AI talent sourcing, Boolean string manipulation, headhunting, and recruitment will be instrumental in identifying and attracting candidates with the right skill sets. You ALREADY excel in resume screening and conducting interviews to ensure the selection of candidates who align with our company's clients. Responsibilities: AI Implementation for HR & Recruitment. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal HR and recruitment teams, enhancing their practices through the implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions. Leveraging your proficiency in Chatbots, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), NLP (Natural Language Processing), Machine Learning, and engagement with external vendors, you will contribute to the optimization of recruitment processes. Furthermore, your ability to liaise with data analysts and AI experts will be crucial in implementing AI solutions in project management mode, ensuring seamless integration and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal HR and recruiters to implement AI solutions (Chatbots, RPA, NLP) for enhancing recruitment and HR practices. Engage with external vendors, data analysts, and AI experts to facilitate the seamless integration of AI technologies in project management. Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies to continuously improve and innovate recruitment processes. Requirements: Proven experience in AI talent sourcing, Boolean string manipulation, headhunting, and recruitment. First experience in implementing AI solutions such as Chatbots, RPA, Machine Learning and NLP in recruitment and HR practices. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors. Familiarity with project management methodologies for AI implementation. Excellent communication skills to interact with data analysts and AI experts. Understanding of the balance between AI technologies and human interaction in recruitment processes. Achieving the Right Balance: The AI Talent Journey Manager will be responsible for merging and refining the entire recruitment process, from talent acquisition to employment management. This includes utilizing AI UX for onboarding, employee management, performance evaluation, retention, and learning through AI recommendation engines. The primary objective is to strike the perfect equilibrium between AI technologies and human interaction, elevating the overall candidate and employee experience within the organization.
