Hillwood Energy is privately held by the Perot family, an operator and investor in oil and gas for nearly 50 years. We have made significant investments over the past 2 years in US upstream assets and are focused on actively growing this portfolio through field development and additional acquisitions. We have a very experienced cross-functional team that also spends time with our sister company, HKN Energy Ltd., which operates our international assets in Kurdistan, Iraq. We draw upon an entrepreneurial heritage that only a Perot family-backed enterprise can deliver.
