We are honored to welcome Pablo DeFilippi, Executive Vice President of Inclusiv Network, as our keynote speaker for the 2025 Annual Membership Luncheon.     As a leader in community finance, Pablo plays a crucial role in supporting over 500 community development credit unions, which serve 21 million consumers and manage $300 billion in community-controlled assets. A strong advocate for Hispanic economic empowerment, he has been instrumental in initiatives like Juntos Avanzamos, expanding affordable and sustainable financial services for Latino families nationwide. His leadership was key in securing $12 billion in federal funding through the 2020 Economic Recovery Bill, marking the largest capital investment in credit union history.     A strong believer in cooperative finance, Pablo has also worked with the National Cooperative Business Association (NCBA) to promote financial inclusion for underserved communities.
