West Atlantic Business Center is a thoughtfully designed Class “A” small-bay distribution warehouse facility located in Delray Beach, FL. As architects, we aimed to create a modern, functional industrial space that balances aesthetic appeal with operational efficiency. Building A, pictured here, spans 25,044 sq/ft and features clean lines, 18-foot clear heights, and multiple drive-in doors, providing a contemporary and flexible environment for various business needs. Building B offers an additional 44,439 sq/ft of thoughtfully crafted space, designed to seamlessly align with the overall vision and functionality of the business park Developed and Constructed by: Butters Group
