The new LEED-certified Elevate U.S. manufacturing and distribution facility in Salt Lake City stands as a testament to our commitment to building a sustainable future. Built with our low-carbon products, the state-of-the-art plant fosters our business growth while showcasing the unique qualities of our products. Our internship program is one way we carry out our mission of transforming the built industry. This year, 42 interns from 34 universities and 20 states joined our teams across the country, bringing their fresh perspectives and helping us face future challenges. Through mentorship and collaboration, we'll foster their innovative ideas and fresh perspective to become the future leaders who will rise to the industry challenges.

In Maryland at our Accokeek and Kirby Road Sand & Gravel sites, we conducted the first ever Stand Down to Save Lives. Joining the event and sharing our commitment to safety, were honored guests Chris Williamson and Brian Goepfert from the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA). “Stand down for safety is a cooperative way that all stakeholders work together to save lives and prevent injuries and illnesses,” said Brian Goepfert, Administrator for Mine Safety and Health Enforcement.
