We are so excited to welcome Emily Raines as the 2025 HBA of Greenville Board President! Emily Raines has been a dedicated professional in the home-building industry for over 20 years. After earning her real estate license in 2005, she began her career selling new construction homes in Greenville County. Emily has honed her expertise by working with both small regional builders and large national builders, eventually joining DRB Homes (formerly Dan Ryan Builders) in 2017. As the 7th largest privately held builder in the U.S., DRB Homes operates in 17 markets along the East Coast, delivering exceptional homes and thriving communities. Today, Emily serves as the Division Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the award-winning Greenville Division, where she is passionate about creating vibrant neighborhoods and helping hundreds of families achieve the dream of homeownership each year. A native of Laurens County and graduate of North Greenville University, Emily has deep roots in the Upstate. She and her husband, Tyler, reside in Fountain Inn, SC, with their two daughters, Lawson and Tinslee. In her free time, Emily enjoys traveling with her family and spending time with her horse, combining her love of adventure and the outdoors. Emily is excited to serve as the incoming 2025 president of the Home Builders Association of Greenville (HBA). As a longstanding member of the HBA since 2016, she has actively participated in the Professional Women in Building (PWB) council, which has significantly influenced her career. Emily is passionate about advancing female representation in the home-building industry, where women currently make up only 10% of the workforce. Through her presidency, she aims to inspire and empower women by raising awareness of the diverse career opportunities available in the field. The HBA of Greenville and PWB have played a key role in Emily's journey, and she is committed to advancing their mission to support the home-building industry across the Upstate.
