Not for Adam Shampaine , CEO of HomeFix. Despite leading a large, complex organization, Adam prioritizes time with his canvassing team. Why? Because at its core, HomeFix is a canvass-based company, and its canvassers are the driving force behind its success. So, is there anything more important Adam could be doing as CEO than investing time where it matters most? Personally, I lean towards rolling up my sleeves and getting involved. There’s no “CEO work” versus “employee work”—there’s just the most important work. At HomeFix canvassing is essential to the company’s growth and operations, and Adam gets that.
