  • Exciting News from Horns & Hooves Regenerative Grazing! Did you know we’re losing healthy soil at an alarming rate, and with it, the foundation of our food systems? But there’s hope. Animals, when managed regeneratively, can play a critical role in restoring soil health and making the land more productive. That’s why we're starting Horns & Hooves—to be part of the solution. By applying regenerative practices, we help improve soil and pasture quality without over-relying on mechanical or chemical methods, paving the way for healthier food and a sustainable future. So, what is regenerative grazing? Think of it like rotating your favorite sneakers. If you wear the same pair every single day, they’ll wear out quickly and they will stink! But if you switch between pairs, each gets a break, lasts longer, and stays in better shape. In regenerative grazing, animals are rotated to different areas every few days, giving grass a long time to rest and grow back stronger. This simple practice rejuvenates soil, boosts plant growth, and creates a healthier ecosystem—naturally. We’re kicking off our journey in partnership with TRUC Farm (www.trucfarm.com), accelerating the transformation of over 100 acres of clear-cut land into thriving, grazeable pasture without chemicals or lots of machinery. This will support their growing grass-fed beef operation and showcase the power of regenerative practices in action. We can’t wait to share more updates as we ramp up our Grazing as a Service and Custom Grazing offerings using small ruminants (goats and sheep). Follow us to join our journey in restoring soil health, improving pastureland, and building a healthier food system—one graze at a time. #RegenerativeGrazing #HealthySoil #SustainableFarming #GrazingAsAService #MakeFoodHealthyAgain Jordan Greene, Steven Simms P.S.
