At our November board meeting, we had the privilege of honoring Danny Shelley, Executive Vice President and CEO of Horry Electric Cooperative, Inc., with a special resolution recognizing his remarkable service on Central’s Board of Trustees. Danny will retire in January 2025. He has been a vital force on our board since 2019, sharing over 30 years of expertise in accounting and cooperative management. His leadership and commitment have been instrumental in driving our success and enhancing the growth of our cooperative community. We extend our deepest gratitude for his outstanding dedication and impact. Thank you, Danny, for your years of invaluable service.
