We are fighting for a world without forced labor. Join us.
About us
We are a bridge to justice for trafficking survivors, both in the United States and around the world. We focus on strategic litigation to halt human trafficking and forced labor around the globe. Our network of pro bono attorneys provide survivors with free legal representation. Together, we work to hold traffickers accountable for their crimes through civil litigation and criminal prosecution. The Human Trafficking Legal Center gains compensation for survivors so that they can reclaim their lives. We are a nonprofit organization, monitoring the federal government and working to improve federal policy to benefit trafficking survivors.

The Human Trafficking Legal Center is grateful for our pro bono partners. With brilliant lawyers by their side, #traffickingsurvivors can thrive. As one survivor told us, “If not for my pro bono lawyers, I don’t think that I would have kept fighting.” Every trafficking survivor deserves counsel.
