When Hub ONE partners began exploring a shared service model, HR challenges surfaced as key obstacles: 🔑 Mismatch in roles: Job titles didn’t align with skills and responsibilities, keeping the right people out of decision-making. ⚖️ Uneven capacity: Overburdened teams struggled to contribute effectively. 🤝 Compromised intent: Without greater role parity and capacity, collaboration risks falling short of its mission. Rethinking nonprofit HR is essential to fostering equitable, impactful partnerships. Learn how Hub ONE is tackling these challenges in our case study: https://lnkd.in/g-47SQfU #Collaboration #NonprofitLeadership #NonprofitHR
