  • Customer loyalty in tech is highly tested when you have an issue with the equipment or software. It the the make it or break it test. Will Apple deliver?

    Coincidence? Branding? Brilliance? I just realized an insignificant but powerful message while doing my iOS update: “…features powered by APPLE Intelligence”…. With every day articles and posts around AI, knowing A stands for “Artificial”, and yet all pushers for AI claiming how “humanizing” is their own proposal, Apple leverages the A of Apple to call it “Apple Intelligence”…. A name that has built perhaps the strongest brand of this century, connecting emotionally at multiple levels. Coincidence? don’t think so… well done. In the meantime, Apple owes me the best test of its real love to me and my loyalty…to fix my 4 year old Mac that suddenly crashed despite multiple hours of calls and attempts to fix it.     Pamplona, Spain: Day #4 While in the US, we are seeing a growing trend for increasing the “recommended” tips in restaurants (from a 10% in the 1950s to nearly 20% in the 2020s) and other services, there are other countries where tipping is not accustomed… but doesn’t mean they are not greatly appreciated. Loved this one at a local superb restaurant near Pamplona. It says “those who tip, go to heaven”. #HumanExperience #CustomerExperience #EmployeeExperience HumanX Insights

  • Content, Content, Content... To keep subscribers excited, you have to ensure your "product" stays relevant. For streaming, is about content, and obviously, a good #CustomerExperience. With nearly 170 million subscribers in the US, Amazon Prime has to ensure they keep adding value... and the relatively small "damage" they caused to their subscribers early in the year when suddenly Prime Video started its advertising broadcast.
