Humentum's research into the coverage of administration costs being provided by funders to NGOs highlights a critical area for collaboration: safeguarding. The findings indicate that #safeguarding is the most under-resourced function, with 1 in 4 organizations lacking the resources to implement adequate measures. As a result, communities in situations of vulnerability, particularly women and girls, face increased risks. It's time to take action to improve prevention and response strategies for all. ➡️ Read the report: https://lnkd.in/dkvz2rbn #EndGBV #VAWG #EndImpunity #16Days #PSEAH

As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen accountability in SEAH investigations, Lara Habib shares how the Investigator Qualification Training Scheme has supported ABAAD MENA's commitment to a survivor-focused approach in investigations. Reinforcing practices that hold perpetrators accountable and safeguard the rights of victims/survivors remains as critical as ever. The #16Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence reminds us of the work needed to ensure that justice is no longer elusive and that those affected are treated with dignity and respect. 💡 Interested in learning more about survivor-centered investigations?
