What makes a Pallit®? The retaining pins, which simply slide into the spacer’s central column, are easy to replace due to there being a locking block located along one side of the spacer. Load bearing points are radiused so the pin can bear heavy loads with ease. The pins have a 5mm thick hexagonal plate which fits into an indent on the top and bottom boards, creating a smooth loading surface. For the light duty Pallits®, a 10mm water standing bottom pin is optionally available. #pallit #recycledmaterials #environmentalfriendly

We're still riding the high from our win at Norwich Reasearch Park's Enterprise Tuesday event! If you wanted to learn more about our mission, here's a summary of our pitch this week: The seafood industry uses massive amounts of non-biodegradable EPS boxes—over 1.25 million shipped annually from just one plant—which often end up polluting our oceans and landfills. Our innovative solutions include developing an antimicrobial film and spray to extend product shelf life, creating a biodegradable single-use box that turns into organic fertilizer, and introducing a reusable multi-trip box made from plant-based composites. Both designs are carbon-negative and feature RFID tracking for temperature and location. We've secured an £850k Innovate UK grant and are collaborating with leading institutes to revolutionize food safety and packaging. Aiming to reduce reliance on the 55 billion EPS boxes used globally each year, our technology is adaptable to other industries like packaging for white goods. Moving forward, we're aligning with upcoming EU regulations for reusable packaging and seeking further investment to expand our mission. We're dedicated to making positive changes for future generations and we're committed to creating sustainable packaging and protecting our planet!

We're extremely proud to receive first place for our pitch at Norwich Research Park's Enterprise Tuesday event. We'd like to thank everyone so far for their kind words, and for a great event. Receiving first place really validates that we're working on something incredible and important, and we are constantly looking towards the future. A few words from our CEO: "Firstly I want to say what a fantastic event it was. Being one of eight companies pitching some great ideas to the panel of judges was a great experience in itself, but to come out as the overall winner is such an honour. We have been based at Norwich Research Park for a while now and really appreciate the world class facilities, the talent that is here and the profile you gain. Winning this competition adds more credibility to our business as we look to get our products to market."
