General MedTech buzz at J.P. Morgan 2025: - recent activity validates Q4 2024 predictions. - IPO outlook is strong for MedTech. - 2025 M&A expecting to see more deals and bigger deals than previous years. - verdict is not out on smaller deals I.E. under $200M. - funding is strong and improving as future funds (Funds 2,3,4 etc are coming together)
Solid start to the week at J.P. Morgan 2025 with a CEO networking event hosted by Lifeblood. Great event, awesome insights and awesome networking. Thank you Giovanni Lauricella for hosting a solid event and great see guys like John Schindler at Liquet Medical Inc. and Joseph W. Rafferty from VESTECK, Inc. Love talking with leaders and entrepreneurs as we all navigate (fight) the medical device gauntlet to get innovative ideas to the bedside. Nothing easy about it; so it’s nice to share stories, networks, and ideas in support of innovation. Go ICHOR Vascular Inc. !!!

- If a black cat crosses your path, it doesn't mean bad luck; it means that cat is going somewhere - Surely some people encounter good fortune or were born into really nice situations. Others face life tragedies or perhaps were dealt a more difficult hand. But when it comes to #luck, I'd like to believe we create our own luck and have the opportunity to change the luck depending on how we approach life. I thought the graphic below captured a lot those contributors to luck (#success) and wanted to share. I encourage you all to go out there and create some luck today, and then make some more luck. Good luck!
