These alarming numbers highlight the critical need to intensify efforts to protect children from all forms of abuse and violence. Organizations like the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (ICMEC) play a vital role in combating this crisis. ICMEC works tirelessly to protect children from exploitation and trafficking by: 🔹 Advocating for stronger child protection laws worldwide. 🔹 Training law enforcement and professionals to recognize and respond to trafficking. 🔹 Providing resources to locate missing children and prevent online exploitation.
