Deneb's ox-rich staged combustion cycle combined with a high area ratio expansion nozzle will deliver 15,000 pounds of thrust — setting it up to be one of the highest-performing liquid oxygen/liquid methane engines ever flown, per its creator, Thomas Mueller. Designed for reliability and manufactured with a lean, scalable approach, Deneb is built with our proprietary, in-house components, from precision valves to advanced turbomachinery. Impulse is now nearing the first test of our development engine. This engine will power Helios, our solution for delivering payloads from LEO to GEO in under a day — no more waiting months with electric propulsion.
