To ensure that all employees of the whole aviation value chain are well prepared to serve the different needs of passengers with disabilities requires adequate and sufficient training. INCLAVI's objective is precisely to make this happen. All roads lead to #education, was one of my key findings of the panel ´Inclusive and accessible aviation for all´ that took place during the eMobility Expo World Congress in Valencia on 15 February 2024. I had the honor to speak with two experts of the topic, Miguel Carrasco Hernández, Director of Accessible Tourism at IMPULSA IGUALDAD and Bárbara García Navarro, CEO of Facilities Airport who shared their #vision on the challenges and opportunities of an #inclusive aviation sector that takes into account the needs of passengers with different #disabilities. I had the opportunity to share about INCLAVI (INCLusive AVIation), an #EU-funded project on aviation #accessibility that aims to create a state-of-the-art #academic curriculum to better prepare the professionals of the #aviation value chain to serve the #passengers with diverse accessibility requirements, enabling a truly inclusive experience. #accessibility #inclusion #passengerexperience #sustainability #inclavi
