Company Overview Indoor Air Quality, Inc. was established in 2001 by Joe Collida and Pat Comeford in Denver, Colorado. Joe and Pat continue to manage the company today and take pride in providing a family environment for all of our employees. Both owners are very “hands-on” in all aspects of the business. In fact, Joe and Pat personally provide heating and air conditioning services to virtually all of our Denver metro clients. Unsurpassed HVAC/R Training Indoor Air Quality, Inc. is a member of and is certified by the Comfort Institute, a trade organization that combines the heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) industry with building science. This gives us the knowledge to diagnose and fix heating and air conditioning problems in your home that other contractors may overlook. Our team of professional HVAC/R technicians has over 40 years of combined industry experience. The heating and air conditioning industry is constantly changing, and we make education in our field a top priority for every employee.
