Proper configuration is essential to avoid losing vital marketing and lead opportunities. SPF/TXT record: v=spf1 include:zohomail.eu include:eu-sender.zohobooks.com include:eu.zcsend.net include:eu.zeptomail.net ~all Include all domains for the apps you are using. Consolidate them in a single record; using multiple records will lower your security and make you appear spammy. DKIM/TXT record: zoho._domainkey@yourdomain(if not added by your DNS service provider automatically simply enter: zoho._domainkey) Content: v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=YourKey Make sure to have a selector for the domains, you can have multiple DKIM records. Like Name: zeptomail._domainkey Content: "v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=YourKey, however, ensure the mention of the version which is omitted from Zoho documentation most of the time. Most apps will work with the Zoho._domainkey selector, however, with a single app I had to include the 12345(number string)._domainkey, v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=YourKey to get the right results. And since zeptomail is a Zoho product NOT using the Zoho domain it will need to be included in a separate DKIM record.
