At Inframark, we focus on building a learning culture and encourage our team members to invest in themselves and their futures by actively participating in various professional development opportunities. This month, our learning and development team offered Leadership Foundations to teams in Georgia and Florida. Not only does the training provide an opportunity to learn and grow, but some of the most positive feedback centers on the value of getting together as #OneTeam. If you are looking to join a company that is big enough to provide lots of opportunities to develop your career with great benefits but still small enough to offer a "family feel" culture, then check out our Careers page and current job openings. This month, as part of our Life Saving Rules initiative, we’re focusing on the critical importance of working from heights. Our team stays safe by inspecting fall protection equipment before each use, having a self-rescue system in place, and tying off to approved anchor points when outside protected areas. These best practices demonstrate our commitment to safeguarding every member of our #OneTeam. Together, we’re building a safer, stronger workplace — one step at a time.

We rang in the New Year in Razorback fashion (#WooPigSooie) this year, as we welcomed new colleagues to our #OneTeam in Fayetteville, Arkansas, at 12:00 a.m. on January 1 (pictured below, left to right: Operator Jaden Mericle, Project Manager Scott Murphy, Operator Matthew Resindez and Brian Rowland, Assistant Project Manager). We are proud to serve the City and community, operating the Westside Wastewater Treatment Plant, Noland Wastewater Treatment Plant, lift stations, onsite laboratory and the Biosolids Management facility. Project Manager Scott Murphy commented, “Fayetteville represents a flagship partnership for our team. We are truly honored to have been selected as their O&M partner and look forward to providing reliable, sustainable operations and maintenance. With our team’s expertise and enthusiasm, we’ll focus on enhancing processes, outcomes and collaboration every day.” #QuestforExcellence #OneTeam

As the holiday season is in full swing, we’re grateful for the opportunity to celebrate together as #OneTeam. Our Central Region Automation and Intelligence (A&I) and Asset Reliability Systems (ARS) Teams recently held festive holiday gatherings filled with our special brand of Inframark camaraderie. Thanks to everyone who participated in these memorable events, as well as in the many celebrations at our various projects (like our Fall River team, shown here!) and office locations. These celebrations reflect the strong sense of community that makes our #OneTeam so unique. It's been fun to celebrate with each other and acknowledge the progress we've made this year. Here’s to carrying that same spirit of unity, service and #OneTeam joy into 2025!
