Welcoming Megan Howard to Infrassocs! Having spent the last three years leading the junior level hiring in One Search’s Private Credit practice in London, Megan brings significant experience within the European Infrastructure and Energy Transition Market. Partnering with some of the most renowned institutions in the market, she has successfully delivered more than 60 hires in that timeframe, comprising first time hires for new funds and growth hires for continuously expanding teams. Before One Search, Megan had spent four years assisting leading investment houses and private equity funds building out their support function teams. This gave her valuable exposure to the infrastructure and energy market, which led to her natural move to One Search. Outside of work, Megan spends her time between reshape and rumble classes or in her kitchen where she enjoys creating new dinner party recipes and perfecting her signature twist on the espresso martini. Welcoming Olivia Thomson to Infrassocs! Olivia is a seasoned search professional with a proven track record in renewable energy and the infrastructure Investment sector. With experience developing global high-performing teams, she has successfully executed over 150 searches across the UK and Europe. Olivia possesses a deep understanding of the evolving landscape and has developed strong partnerships with industry-leading Funds, Banks, and Developers within the space. Driven by a passion for sustainable solutions, Olivia aims to connect top talent with innovative companies in the green energy and infrastructure sector. She envisages a world powered by clean, sustainable energy and Infrassocs will play a pivotal role in making this vision a reality. Outside of work, Olivia is an avid sports enthusiast and a certified personal trainer. She is an active Crossfitter and has placed in the top 15% of women worldwide. She has explored over 30 countries, having lived and worked in both Australia and America. These experiences have helped foster a global perspective that enriches her approach to life and business.
