While we've made significant strides, there's still much we can do to strengthen partnerships and achieve shared ESG goals: - Setting ESG targets is crucial - not just to hit numbers, but to tailor them to each sector’s reality for actionable strategies and value creation. - Prescriptiveness can be valuable to define investment universe, but it must be adaptable to each GP’s to unlock the right opportunities. - Harmonized ESG reporting will be key in freeing up time to focus on what truly matters. - Transparency and open dialogue remain critical in navigating challenges in private markets.
