    Today we're launching a new product: Keep - a copilot for support teams. Keep is designed to be a conversational sidekick for agents answering support tickets on any support ticketing platform (even GitHub). Keep can intelligently choose when to provide draft answers, summaries, to-dos, or other suggestions based on the ticket so far. Best - the suggestions are rendered as glanceable, interactive UI components that go beyond plain text. Support agents can ask follow-up questions and iterate as much as they like. We wanted to bring a v0/Cursor/Claude Artifacts type of experience to support teams. Keep is available as a Zendesk app or Chrome extension that can work across any support platform (even GitHub issues!). Try it out in our playground and let us know what you think 👇

    5 releases, #2 Devtool of the Week, #3 Product of the day, 1 epic week 🚀 Launch week in review -- what we learned about launching on Product Hunt 1. Lean on customers. I was delighted to see our customers be highly engaged and share thoughtful feedback, no better feeling really. *Bonus*: the quotes are great content for landing pages. 2. Launch Week + PH Launch = good mix. It builds up momentum throughout the week and lets you form a narrative for viewers to consume. We framed it as a progression of typical scenarios, copilots for..: Slack/Discord -> Docs -> In-App -> Custom Scenarios. 3. It's time consuming. We got 50+ comments, and I personally replied to each. The fresh eyes with frank feedback are valuable; we made landing page and product adjustments that same day. 4. Ignore the noise. There were automated comments, LinkedIn/X requests to sell upvotes, and products with suspicious waves of upvotes. Instead of getting distracted by that.. 5. Have fun with it. While we saw good leads last week and even reactivated old prospects; the most valuable part was creating a deliverable for our team and customers to get hyped on.     Day 3: In-App Copilots Think a lot about onboarding experiences, user funnels, and time to "Hello world?". This launch is for you. We do a deep dive on how Inkeep can be used to create "In-App" Copilots to create chat experiences that are contextual to a user and application state. By syncing up the information you know about a user (e.g. their pricing tier) or what they're doing in your app (e.g., are they new?), you can create hyper-personalized experiences that guide them through the key steps in your user journey.
