Innovent Technologies LLC is hiring hardworking, reliable and flexible warehouse associates to join our fast-growing organization. The Warehouse associate is an integral part of our team’s success. They require good communication skills, including the ability to actively listen to others and clearly relay information. Apart from prepping gear, quality control, putting away gear, maintaining efficiency, safety and productivity during daily operations, the job of a Warehouse associate also involves interaction with people throughout their working day. Whether they’re accepting delivery of shipments, liaising with co-workers or reporting to the Operations Manager, the position requires good interpersonal skills for success. A successful Warehouse associate will have various other prerequisite skills and qualifications, which typically include: ·        Physical strength, fitness and dexterity, as they often must lift heavy packages or work at elevated heights ·        Ability to drive Non CDL 26’ box trucks and cargo vans ·        Complete deliveries by driving trucks or vans to and from vendors or events. ·        Loading and unloading delivery trucks and storing items in their designated locations.  ·        Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed in cases and on trucks ·        Packing orders to meet our event requirements as specified in Inventory Management Software. Unpacking and putting away equipment upon the event’s return. ·        Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notifying the supervisor. ·        Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures, rules and schedules ·        Counting inventory, checking for damage, and keeping records of damaged items. Warehouse associates ensure that the inventory matches the business's inventory log.  ·        Excellent team-working skills to effectively collaborate with operations and other members of the warehouse team. ·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ·        Computer literacy, including knowing how to use scanners and relevant software programs, such as warehouse management systems and email. ·        Assisting with training of newly employed workers. ·        Honesty and trustworthiness. ·        The ability to work effectively under limited supervision. Pay   Full Time $18 to $22 per hour based on experience
