  • This was my first Intermountain Festival of Trees as CEO. It’s hard to put into words the amazingness of all of it- I am beyond humbled by the generosity of the community, the talent of the designers, the dedication of the volunteers, the awe-inspiring support of our sponsors, the opportunity to celebrate the good work of the selfless and hardworking staff, and to honor a rich tradition and legacy in lifting up our children and families. -Jamie Palagi, Intermountain CEO

  • Model Healthy Tech Use Tip Tuesday: Children often mimic the behavior they see. If we want them to have a healthy relationship with technology, we need to model balanced tech habits ourselves. 👨👩👦 Tip: Set an example by limiting your own screen time, especially during family activities, meals, or before bed. Lead by example to show the value of real-world connection. #TipTuesday #LeadByExample #HealthyTechUse

  • 🌿 Mindfulness Tip: Pause and Breathe 🌿 Feeling stressed or overwhelmed? Take a moment to pause and reconnect with your breath. Here’s a simple mindfulness exercise you can practice anywhere: 🧘♀️ 1. Find a comfortable spot—sit or stand tall, relax your shoulders. 🧘♂️ 2. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose for 4 counts. 🌬️ 3. Hold your breath for 4 counts. 💨 4. Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6 counts. 🔁 5. Repeat this cycle for 5-10 minutes, focusing only on your breath and the sensations in your body. Give it a try today, and notice how even a few minutes can calm your mind and improve your focus. 🌟 Let us know how you feel afterward in the comments below! 💬👇 #PauseAndBreathe #MindfulnessTip #MentalWellness #SelfCare
