This will help you reflect on our reasons and plans for establishing an ADR club. I think it is a great initiative that can benefit us and others in our community. The goals and objectives for the ADR club, they include some of the following: • To raise awareness and promote the use of ADR methods among students, faculty, staff, and the wider community. • To provide opportunities for members to learn about and practice various ADR skills, such as active listening, effective communication, problem-solving, empathy, and cultural sensitivity. • To create a network of ADR practitioners and enthusiasts who can support each other and exchange ideas and experiences. • To collaborate with other ADR organizations and institutions, such as local courts, mediation centers, NGOs, and professional associations, to enhance the quality and accessibility of ADR services. • To contribute to the research and development of ADR theory and practice, by conducting surveys, studies, workshops, and publications.

The Hague, Netherlands – The Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) has announced the successful completion of the first phase of its proceedings regarding the merits of the case involving "Indus Water Treaty (The Islamic Republic of Pakistan v. The Republic of India)". This significant milestone marks a key step in the arbitration process and reinforces the PCA's commitment to resolving international disputes through fair and impartial means.
