Date: 19/08/24 Permanent Court of Arbitration Completes First Phase of Case Analysis regarding the Indus water treaty i.e. (The Islamic Republic of Pakistan v. The Republic of India). The Hague, Netherlands – The Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) has announced the successful completion of the first phase of its proceedings regarding the merits of the case involving "Indus Water Treaty (The Islamic Republic of Pakistan v. The Republic of India)". This significant milestone marks a key step in the arbitration process and reinforces the PCA's commitment to resolving international disputes through fair and impartial means.
