🚀 Un Viaje de Transformación en Centroamérica 🌍✨ ICF en alianza con Kubadili, nos llena de orgullo haber acompañado a 6 organizaciones de Centroamérica en un proceso de mentorías personalizadas sobre adaptabilidad organizacional y sostenibilidad financiera. Durante 4 meses, estas organizaciones no solo recibieron herramientas y consejos, sino que también se convirtieron en protagonistas de su propio cambio. 💡 Historias de impacto desde el corazón de Centroamérica: 🌱 ADETRIUNF (Honduras): Reforzó el liderazgo y la planificación estratégica. 📱 ASAPROSAR (El Salvador): Apostó por la digitalización para adaptarse a los cambios generacionales. 💡 FUNDESYRAM (El Salvador): Innovó en la diversificación de ingresos para garantizar la sostenibilidad financiera. 💧 Qachuu Aloom (Guatemala): Implementó captación de agua para apoyar a familias productoras. 🌾 PRR (Honduras): Logró un éxito destacado en la venta de granos básicos y plántulas. Este proyecto nos recuerda que la transformación comienza desde dentro, y estas organizaciones son un ejemplo vivo de resiliencia y liderazgo.
