We're excited about our role in bringing the Downtown Commons Sacramento Tower to life. This mixed-use marvel is transforming the city's core with: 🏨 A 250-room Kimpton hotel 🏠 44 residential units 💼 35,000 sq. ft. of office space 🛍️ 45,000 sq. ft. of retail Our team provided complete plan review services, working closely with the City of Sacramento to implement an aggressive phased permitting schedule.
