Alex Marantelos and his co-founders discovered a very niche but critical problem faced by large consumer software companies: These companies handle millions of support tickets annually and need to continuously evaluate the performance of their support agents. However, this is a very manual process, and internal teams are often only able to review 4-5% of tickets. This leaves millions of interactions unreviewed, increasing the risk of customer churn and non-compliance. To solve this problem, they founded Intryc (YC S24).
