I swore at the end of 2023 to maintain the pursuit of my passions- elevating women in financial services and expanding female access to capital- regardless of the challenge. So 2024 was important to stay the course with 4 efforts: 1. Return to the Women-led community bank consulting firm I founded 15 years ago? ✅ Back working with banks and loving the woman-owned business that continues to thrive. #3PR Lori Victory, CRCM, CAMS, CFSA #communitybanks #regulatorycompliance #riskmanagement Third Party Resources, Inc. | 3PR, Inc. 2. Engage with a non-profit SBA entity led by women and focused on lending to small businesses run by women, minorities and- veterans? ✅ Founding board member of TXSBA. It has been wonderful to share space with so many important women advocating for inclusion across our region and our nation. There are many notable women-and men-who continue to advocate for women-no matter where the path might lead or how it might twist and turn.#FedDallas #notablewomen #thefutureisfemale Cheers to continuing the mission in 2025!

This is how women do things differently. We don’t just talk about change—we build it, together. Last night at our Reflect and Rise gathering, women from across our community celebrated the strides we made in 2024—and shared dreams of the impact we’ll create in 2025. The conversations weren’t about intimidating financial jargon. They were about heartfelt goals: driving climate solutions, advancing gender equity, and building thriving, equitable communities. Together, we explored innovative pathways to fuel these missions, from sustainable finance to women-led ventures and regenerative economies. Ready to join a space where collaboration sparks action? Whether you’re just starting or already on your journey, our events are designed to welcome you. What rules are you ready to rewrite? At Invest for Better, we see it every day: women breaking free from the outdated idea that “finance is a man’s world.” Just like Elphaba in Wicked, they’re stepping into their power, ready to chart their own course. As Wicked lights up the box office, it’s clear: so many of us feel that fire inside—the drive to defy the status quo and rewrite the rules. And at Invest for Better, our community is doing just that. We’re not accepting that investing has to be all about financial returns. We’re making capital work for people and the planet—aligning money with the values we hold dear. Finance can be for women, by women. We’re rewriting the rules and building a better world together. If you’re feeling that spark but aren’t sure where to begin, come join us. You’ll find a community of women just like you—ready to make a difference, fired up about creating change, and learning how to take action together. Let’s make it happen.
