    Last year was BAD... DESPITE sending >30,000 emails / month, we were BARELY booking any sales calls. The bottleneck? Slow responses. Within <10 days, we built an "AI SDR Agent". By creating a dataset from our past responses using LangChain, our AI could mimic our style, ensuring the emails didn’t feel robotic. 👂🏽 Step 2: Listening for Replies Using SmartLead's webhook, we set up a system to instantly receive notifications of new replies, ensuring no email went unnoticed. 📦 Step 3: Getting the Context Our system retrieves the entire email thread for context, using a BERT classifier to tailor responses based on the email type—whether it's a meeting request, general inquiry, or something else. 🕵🏽 Step 4: Researching the Prospect Before crafting a response, our AI uses Apollo's API to gather detailed information about the prospect's company, adding a personal touch to each reply. ✍🏽 Step 5: Composing the Email Combining all gathered data, the AI composes thoughtful and timely responses. 📨 Step 6: Sending the Email Finally, the response is sent out, ensuring prompt communication and increased engagement. This entire process is supported by a serverless architecture, making it highly scalable and cost-effective—running at less than <$50/month and saving us 20 hours per week!     This time last year, we had a handful of brands using SARAL. Within a year, we have 200+ brands on the platform, building and growing their relationships with creators. DTC operators choose us as we do this ONE thing really well👇 Our mission is to seamlessly enable relationships between brands and creators. And we did that twelve thousand times over in 2023 ❤️🔥 Brands have built 12,209 relationships with creators through our platform. That's a stadium full of influencers which now work with brands thanks to SARAL 🏟 Aside from all the features we built & the bugs we fixed, this is what we are the most proud of having accomplished last year. As we go into 2024 and beyond, I see a world where every consumer brand wants to collaborate with influencers in some form or the other 🤝 But there is something missing... I might ruffle some thought leader feathers here, but It's not just about seeding, or only UGC, or doing traditional paid deals ❌ Brands need a full stack of influencers that aren't siloed into specific platform's capabilities or marketing tactics. Influencer marketing of the future is wholistic. To do this without losing your mind, you don't need a platform or a marketplace. You need an operating system. I see brands forming "Direct To Creator" relationships across the spectrum - from seeding, ambassadors, UGC to paid deals, whitelisting, and more.
