About us
Ion Power has developed a patented technology for the manufacture of membrane electrode assemblies for use in hydrogen or reformate fuel cells. Utilizing our combined industrial experience of many years in working with Nafion™ our process delivers ultra thin low resistance, durable and consistently high performing MEAs for PEM fuel cell applications. In addition we offer high performance catalyzed membranes for use in water electrolyzers. Ion Power is a worldwide distributor of Chemours Nafion™ PFSA materials in pellet, finished membrane, or dispersion forms. We inventory these products for quick shipment, and offer the widest range of Nafion™ products. We have many different types of membranes available from stock in custom sizes. We are actively engaged in private and government sponsored research and development activities which are aimed at improving the performance of fuel cell components. Additionally, we are conducting research on a variety of non fuel cell related applications that use Nafion™ PFSA materials for the industrial and military markets.

Yet COP29 highlighted deep divides: climate-vulnerable nations urged urgent action, while leaders from industrialized nations like Italy’s Giorgia Meloni and Greece’s Kyriakos Mitsotakis called for a slower, "realistic" approach to protect competitiveness. Bahamian PM Philip Davis voiced frustration over inadequate climate finance, noting, “The world finds funding for wars… yet, where is that same ability for the climate crisis?” Tuvalu’s PM Feleti Penitala Teo echoed urgency, saying, “For Tuvalu, there is simply no time to waste.” With a proposed $1.3 trillion climate finance target, the urgency to bridge these divides has never been greater. #ClimateAction #COP29 #NetZero #ClimateFinance
