These awards are hosted by The ESOP Association and recognize excellence in communication among employee-owned companies throughout the nation. Rayser was named the Intranets (Small Company Size) category winner, which was announced at the Association's EO24 Conference in Las Vegas last week! We’re thrilled to announce that Rinderknecht Associates (part of The Stark Group) has won The ESOP Association’s AACE Award for Series of Events in the Small Company category! This honor was presented at the awards luncheon in Las Vegas on Thursday, where members of our ESOP Engagement Committee and Leadership Team proudly represented us. Our award-winning submission featured Stark Week, a creative and engaging schedule of events celebrating our ESOP culture. From team-building activities to educational sessions, Stark Week brought our employee-owners together in a meaningful way, fostering a deeper understanding of what it means to be an owner. Being named one of two finalists in both the Community Engagement and Series of Events categories was already exciting, but this win is a testament to the hard work, creativity, and dedication of our team!
