Join IREM MN for a Lunch & Learn on February 11, 2025, with Scott Clemente of SERVPRO. Gain expert tips on evaluating and responding to water and fire damage, from assessing water loss to minimizing fire impacts. The event will take place at 7500 Flying Cloud Dr., First Floor Training Room, Eden Prairie. Lunch and networking will be from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm, followed by the presentation from 12:00 to 1:00 pm.  This session is open exclusively to property managers. 2024 has been an incredible year of community involvement, and we are grateful for the hard work of our volunteers and the generosity of our sponsors. Here's a look at this year's impactful events organized by the Community Outreach Committee: ➡️ Clothing Drive for Ready for Success and Sabathani Community Center: 119 suits and 23 boxes of clothing were donated to help individuals prepare for new opportunities. ➡️ Food Drive for Every Meal: Over 1,600 pounds of food and monetary donations were collected to support local families in need. ➡️ Hearts and Hammers: 80 volunteers came together to help with landscaping and painting at a Minneapolis home, making a meaningful impact. ➡️ People Serving People Monthly Meal Service: 60+ volunteers supported programs to help families in need. We’re thankful to everyone who contributed this year. Your generosity has made a huge difference, and we look forward to building on this in 2025!
