🎨✨ Teamwork meets creativity! ✨🎨 Our iRx Clinical Pharmacy team came together for our very first team bonding event! 💕 After a hearty makan session 🍛, we rolled up our sleeves for an art jamming adventure 🎨👩🎨. iRx Clinical Pharmacy is proud to be invited to speak at the International Allied Health Conference 2024 held at the Singapore Expo, where healthcare leaders, practitioners, and researchers from around the world gathered under the theme “Advancing Allied Health: Diverse in Calling, United in Purpose.” iRx Clinical Pharmacy was invited to speak on the topic “Healthier Nation: A Global Perspective”. Our Pharmacist, Juliana Charles, discussed the evolving roles of Allied Health Professionals (AHP) in Healthier SG (HSG) from the iRx Perspective. As we move toward a more holistic care approach, she emphasized the importance of evolving the “one-patient-one-doctor” relationship approach of HSG to also include a pharmacist and/or an allied health professional, creating a seamless and integrated care experience. Juliana also called out for the need for AHP integration within the Primary Care Network (PCN) to ensure patients receive comprehensive support at every touchpoint—be it at the clinic, community, or PCN level. Our iRx Care Model illustrates the power of collaborative care in achieving better health outcomes and she also shared real experiences of our pharmacists in action. 🎉 A meaningful day at Yio Chu Kang! 🎉 On October 27 sunday morning, iRx Clinical Pharmacy and PanCare Medical Clinic joined hands with Yio Chu Kang's community partners for a Healthier and Sustainable event at Concord Ville RN. With MP Hon Weng Yip as our Guest of Honour, we engaged residents in a fun true-or-false game about the role of pharmacists in community care. Through these activities, the residents gained a deeper understanding of the vital role pharmacists play, and we even introduced them to Pancare AMK, which proudly hosts the first pharmacist in a GP setting! Together, we’re building a healthier, more informed community. 💪🌱
