For HR leaders, being "data-driven" has always been easier said than done. But the advent of secure, enterprise-grade generative AI creates some truly exciting possibilities. With an AI-native approach to HR data, HR teams can now unlock deeper insights while reducing the operational cost and complexity that used to hold them back.

The old ways of working with HR data were broken from the start. People analytics platforms were designed for analysts—not for the HR teams who actually needed the data. Extracting even basic insights was slow and expensive. Conducting deeper, data-driven analyses was even harder. This left HR leaders stuck. Being data-driven was crucial, but the operational cost was overwhelming. Then came generative AI, completely transforming what’s possible with HR data. By adopting AI-native platforms like Dandi, HR teams can now unlock deeper insights while reducing the operational cost and complexity that used to hold them back. This isn’t just an upgrade—it’s a fundamental shift in how HR teams work. And it requires us to rethink the entire HR Data Maturity Model. In the past, more data meant more complexity, more time, and more cost. But today, with AI-native platforms, doing more with data no longer comes with the same burden. We’re just at the beginning of seeing this new model take root in organizations worldwide. Everything about how people data is used—how, why, and by whom—is about to change. The next few years are going to be incredibly exciting. #AI #HRTech #DataInnovation #FutureOfWork

Reporting was a once serious bottleneck for the people team at Demandbase. First the data had to be exported from their HRIS into a spreadsheet. Then it had manually cleaned. And then it was uploaded into a Looker dashboard. All told, it could take a quarter to produce a single report. That all changed when Demandbase found Dandi. Read our new case study to learn how Demandbase is doing more with less by streamlining mission-critical reporting. Link in comments below. #PeopleData #HRTech #WorkforceIntelligence #CaseStudy

For the first time, Dandi is sharing insights from across our user base about the state of work today—and the findings may surprise you. Today, remote work is just "work." Remote employees leave jobs with the same frequency as their in-person colleagues. But rewind to the pre-pandemic days, and you'll see a different trend: In 2019, attrition among in-person employees was 3X higher than among remote employees. This rapid reversal in employee behavior is just one of the many head-spinning changes that HR leaders have had to navigate in recent years. Curious about the full story? Dive deeper into the state of in-person vs. remote work on the Dandi blog. 👉 Link in comments. #DandiInsights #StateOfWork #RemoteWork #HRTrends #DataDriven

JPM ❤️ DEI The most-read article in last week's Dandi Weekly newsletter looks at JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s ongoing commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Emily Peck writes for Axios: "In his shareholder letter last week, JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon actually talked about his bank's commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, though he didn't use the now-reviled DEI abbreviation. Dimon touted a range of programs — from resource groups for employees who are Black, LGBTQ+, or have disabilities to a fund aimed at helping entrepreneurs of color, investments in rural communities, and recruiting efforts at historically Black colleges and universities."
