We want to extend a sincere “thank you” to McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. for inviting us to participate in the recent 2024 McCarthy Charity Softball Tournament & BBQ Competition! While the weather had other plans, forcing a pivot, the event was a huge success thanks to the quick thinking of their team. The day showcased IWR’s teamwork, flexibility, and community spirit, with many IWR employees and their families volunteering their time. A special shoutout goes to Brad Rinearson, his son Quinn, Brian Kelley, and Doug Hantak, whose culinary skills delivered an outstanding dish that represented us well in the BBQ competition! While we didn’t take home the top prize, we couldn't be prouder of our team's efforts. And in true IWR spirit, we’re already planning for a victory in 2025!
