All judging aside, the truth is that Gen Z attorneys bring unique skills and perspectives that the legal industry needs. Here are a few tips for how Gen Z Lawyers can thrive while navigating the cycle of judgment: •Embrace your strengths. Your tech skills and adaptability are major assets. Use them to streamline tasks and processes and propose innovate solutions to show your value. •Seek feedback, not approval. Focus on growth over perfection. Ask for constructive feedback as not only will it help you learn and develop, it shows your colleagues that you are confident and are willing to learn. •Be open to different generational views.
