With its help, attention is drawn both to high-quality work and to the quality of the end result. The operating model has been well tested and is suitable for both small and large projects, events and development projects as well as the needs of working life. 👌🏻 The QPM training is a training developed by the JCI Oulu, which is trained for members of the Junior Chamber International and companies. The purpose of the training is to open the concepts of project activities and the QPM model, to give tools for efficient working, to motivate for better project work and to give new ideas for your own project work. ✨ -- 🙋🏼♀️ Jennimari Koskela, PhD, works as a Data Engineer at Fingersoft, a mobile game company known for the world famous Hill Climb Racing games. Jennimari has been a JCI member since 2020 and a QPM trainer since January 2024. 🙋🏼♀️ Katri Hukkanen has worked on projects her whole career so far. She has gained broad experience on industrial projects and has seen the importance of excellent project and quality management. Currently she works as a Team Leader (Process Engineering) in AFRY. Katri joined JCI in 2022 to network and to develop herself further. Since 2017, Kati has been involved in Lean and Lean Six Sigma projects for various companies and communities. Through Lean and Lean Six Sigma, she has been able to identify, analyze and develop a new solutions from the business to the processes. Thanks to these projects, Kati has saved many euros and solved problems with flow.
