Last week, the JNS team swapped blueprints for aprons during a "Taste of Thai" cooking class at Sur La Table in Centennial. Thank you to our host, Cindy Code with JL Jones Group, for organizing such a fun and flavorful event. 🍜 We had a fantastic time cooking, laughing and enjoying delicious dishes together as a team. Experiences like these remind us how much we value collaboration—both in the kitchen and in our work!

We loved seeing our recently completed project, Asher Adams, featured in Condé Nast Traveler's "This Fall’s Most Exciting Hotel Openings". 🤩 Housed in Salt Lake City’s historic Union Pacific Depot, Asher Adams beautifully restores a French Second Empire landmark, blending timeless elegance with modern luxury. With its prime location near the Delta Center and Salt Palace Convention Center—and the exciting new restaurant, Rouser—it’s poised to become the heart of the city. We’re proud to have contributed to the transformation of this iconic building. Each JNS project is crafted with a distinct narrative in mind, every detail speaking to the unique spirit of its setting. For the Junto Hotel, we embraced the rugged charm of Franklinton, ensuring the building fit seamlessly within the context of the neighborhood. Inspired by the area’s bridges, railway lines and firehouses, we used locally sourced Ohio brick, steel and wood to blend into the urban fabric. Need to break up an expansive space? Here's a look at how we used a 'room within a room' approach for the Sheraton Downtown Denver. By defining distinct areas within the expansive lobby, we created a sense of discovery and purpose in every corner. Near the bar, a collection of tables fosters collaboration, perfect for morning coffee meet-ups or after-work drinks. A raised platform area with soft seating is defined by glazed walls that create a semi-private lounge, inviting guests to settle in for informal gatherings. This layered design gives each space its own character while connecting seamlessly within the larger setting.
