Led by Project Manager Paul M. and Assistant Project Manager Tricia S., #Joffe supplied and installed hollow metal doors and frames, MDF unit entry doors, Monroe flat panel unit interior pre-hung doors, running trim, and a complete finish hardware package. This state-of-the-art development with 69 senior apartment units and amenity areas will provide secure, modern, and affordable housing for Newark residents aged 55+, featuring retail spaces, on-site parking, and energy-efficient designs. Tailored for seniors, it prioritizes their health and social needs.
