Whether you're the conduit for change communication from management to your staff, or the leader of change within your team, these 3 strategies will help: 1️⃣ Be Consistent: If you're not intentionally consistent with communicating relevant information, something else will likely fill the void—often in the form of gossip, incorrect information, or misinformation. 2️⃣ Use Multiple Mediums: Not everyone's primary preference for communication is email. Using different mediums increases the chances that your message will reach the largest percentage of your intended audience. 3️⃣ Enlist Change Agents: These are people with influence within your team or staff.
