That's why it is the only Midwestern specialty foods company that makes all its own dry-cured meats, handcrafts its family’s 114 year old authentic recipes, and uses nature, not shortcuts, to deliver the best tasting products. Volpi is passionate and mindful of the needs of people who love to eat, cook and enjoy the pleasures of life. We allow time to naturally dry-cure our meats – there are no shortcuts. Volpi products are 100% all natural, minimally processed, contain no artificial ingredients, and no added nitrites/nitrates.
