This is it -- today I opened the Fractional.io community forum to the first cohort of members. In starting this forum, I hoped to find and bring together a small group of seasoned fractional leaders to connect with and learn from. Candidly, I wasn't expecting the overwhelmingly positive response that I've been receiving. Through my conversations over the past couple of weeks, a few things have become clear. * First, the fractional employment model, with its benefits for both the employer and employee, is very much here to stay. * Second, this employment model attracts and retains truly exceptional people. * Finally, due to fractional work's sharp growth in popularity in the past few years, these people are increasingly needing to collaborate, network, and share knowledge with each other. While the forum is currently only open to a select group of founding members, the waitlist is growing daily, and we'll be selecting and onboarding the next member cohort soon. Keep an ear out -- I'll be sending more updates and insights from our community in the coming weeks.
