I failed. For the longest time, I thought being a strong executor was enough. I prided myself on getting things done quietly, without making waves or stepping on toes. But avoiding tough conversations out of fear of offending others? That’s not leadership—it’s hesitation disguised as empathy. Yesterday, in a powerful conversation with Carol X., it clicked: progress requires courage. Leadership means balancing the human side with the mission, knowing when to push and when to hold space. It’s about seeing the big picture and driving forward, even if it feels uncomfortable. In just two months, I’ve conducted 50+ A/B tests, optimized workflows, and delivered data insights. But the biggest transformation has been internal. I’m learning to step up as a leader—to build resilience, hold a stronger core, and embrace tough decisions for the sake of the mission. I realize that execution alone isn’t enough—it’s time to lead💪🏻 What’s a moment that made you rethink how you lead?

Faster hiring means fewer drop-offs and more accepted offers. At GenAI Summit last weekend, I talked to 10+ startup founders: hiring founding engineers is slow and complex. Here’s what I heard: Recruitment timelines often span months, costing startups top talent, as one founder experienced losing a top ML engineer after a 12-week process. Co-founders without HR support spend significant time on hiring, with one saying they dedicate 30% of their week to resume screening instead of coding. Gaps between interview rounds can lead to candidate disengagement, with an HR lead noting a 20% loss due to delays. Startups struggle to compete with big tech benefits, as one founder shared, “We found the perfect candidate, but Google’s offer outshone ours.” I offered them our plugin https://lnkd.in/gYPmC6qv, and I highly recommend it to those facing similar challenges. Just as I was writing this post, a company messaged me saying it worked well and helped them find an ideal ICP by simply using a JD URL—amazing! This streamlined their process with automated sourcing, screening, and outreach. Many startups have now started integrating our tool to shorten hiring cycles and keep candidates engaged. Speed matters. In hiring and in coding, pace defines your edge. #GenAISummit2024 #hiringchallenges #startupgrowth #recruitmentsolutions #genai #techrecruiting #hiringefficiency #startuplife #talentacquisition #productivityboost #innovationinrecruiting #hiringplugin #startupsuccess

8 actionable signals fueling my B2B growth (Start applying them now!) 💛 Web Signals: • 💙 Customer Journey (clicks): Microsoft Clarity -> Free tool providing visibility into user behavior on your website over a week (via heatmaps and video). It helps identify issues such as form abundance and rage clicks, which are red flags for conversion, and should continuously optimize UX • 💙 Top Visits: Using Penguin AI I can identify the individuals or companies that have visited our website the most. These visit signals show high buying intent 💛 Social Signals: • 💙 Engagement Signals: I usually summarize the interactions users have with our products and offerings, such as the frequency of their comments and likes • 💙 Content Signals: Summarize which types of content get the highest organic views and replicate the success. For LinkedIn users, due to algorithm updates, it’s best to post daily; otherwise, the flow decreases drastically • 💙 Competitor Signals: I look at our competitors’ viral posts and analyze their recent engagement and content signals, imagining they’ve probably captured a lot of our ICP 💛 SEO Signals: • 💙 Market Intelligence Signals: Since I work in AI, where things change daily, it’s challenging to rank for old terms. Often, I ask the product team for their insights and then target new terms 💛 Ads Signals: • 💙 I mainly focus on the keywords users search for and click on to provide feedback to content/SEO/sales • 💙 Audience Signals: I analyze sector engagement, which is very helpful for vertical movements

10 Game-Changing marketing tools I'm loving for growth (Marketers, Take Note!) 💛 RevenueHero: Perfect for automating inbound qualification and scheduling. Bonus: it integrates with Apollo for data enrichment and offers top-notch customer support. 💛 Buzz: Automates LinkedIn outreach, sequences content, and even auto-likes profiles. Streamlines prospect engagement like a pro. 💛 Intuit Mailchimp: Specializes in email marketing. If you’re not using a CRM yet, this is a solid option. 💛 Mention: Great for community and keyword listening to stay on top of trends. 💛 Product Hunt: Ideal for launching new products and boosting exposure (I’m currently aiming for exposure, but it has many other use cases). 💛 Typeform: Easy-to-use for creating engaging surveys and collecting leads. It’s a powerful tool for market research and lead nurturing. 💛 Apollo.io, Clay & ZoomInfo: Strong tools for data enrichment and deanonymization, though data accuracy isn't always 100%. 💛 Webflow & WordPress: The most commonly used website hosting platforms in marketing. 💛 Arcee.ai: A "super" model that combines many AI models (mixture of agents and model routing). It finds the most suitable model for your query, with AI models correcting each other to ensure near-perfect answers. 💛 Factors.ai: Extremely useful for paid ads, adding an extra layer of insight. For example, it not only identifies who submitted your form but also shows which companies visited your landing page, greatly improving ROI tracking for ads. #marketingtools #digitalmarketing #marketingautomation #leadgeneration #roiboost #growthhacking #marketingstrategy #datadriven #businessgrowth #marketingtrends

🚨 Hot take alert: Your B2B marketing metrics are probably lying to you!! Impressions through the roof? Likes off the charts? Cool story, bro. But if your boss asks about ROI, you can't exactly show them a screenshot of your engagement rate😅 Time to ditch the vanity metrics and focus on what actually makes the cash register ring. Here are the numbers keeping me up at night (in a good way): Lead Gen: ↳• New leads count ↳• MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) ↳• Lead to MQL conversion rate 𝐖𝐞𝐛𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐜: ↳• Visitors hitting that "Book a Demo" page ↳• Demo page conversion rate (psst... 3-5% is solid for B2B SaaS) 𝐒𝐄𝐎 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐬: ↳• Keywords in top 10 (the ones that drive real clicks!) 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐬: ↳• Top 5 pieces driving conversions 𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐀𝐝𝐬: ↳• Leads generated ↳• Hard ROI (show me the money!) Remember, every marketing move should be pushing that lead gen needle. If we're not bringing in revenue and working hand-in-hand with sales, we risk being sidelined. At the end of the day, it's all about that ARR, folks! I've put together a 𝐁2𝐁 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐏𝐈𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥 𝐓𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 to track all this good stuff!! https://lnkd.in/gr4Ye6ue #b2bmarketing #marketingmetrics #saas #leadgeneration #growthhacking #demandgeneration #digitalmarketing #contentstrategy #marketingautomation #conversionrateoptimization #customeracquisition #ABM #leadnurturing #b2btech #roi #revenuegrowth #inboundmarketing #outboundmarketing #performancebasedmarketing #salesenablement #mql #sql #marketingstrategy #businessgrowth

10 Practical AI Tools I’m Loving for GTM Success (These are gold!): 💛 HubSpot – The all-in-one CRM for email marketing, lead storage, and more. My go-to features? Workflows, Sequences, Landing Pages, and Reports. Pair Posthog with Hubspot to get better insights and improve retention and lead nurturing. 💛 RB2B – Tell you who’s browsing your site—emails, companies, you name it. Combine them with a follow-up sequence, and the conversion rates are 🔥!! 💛 Navattic – Create interactive product demos in no time. It’s as simple as using a Chrome extension, and you can embed the demos right into your emails or social media. Add a Hubspot form upfront to capture those leads early. 💛 Copy.ai – Need to optimize your messaging? This AI tool (based on a closed-source LLM) makes that easy. 💛 Common Room – Track who’s talking about your product or competitors. It’s a bit pricey but totally worth it for community insights. 💛 Semrush – A solid SEO tool.
