I wrote about the difference between 'Gratitude' and 'Thanks' in the Divergently newsletter last week. To me, both of these are forms of giving: ❣️ 'Gratitude' is the mindset. 💌 'Giving Thanks' is how we communicate that mindset. The third piece is 'Giving Back' — together, they create a powerful flywheel that strengthens connections within ourselves and with the people around us. It feels good to give. Today, #GivingTuesday, is a great time to start. We're looking for sponsors to cover Divergently memberships for some of the many neurodivergent women who are under-or-unemployed so they can get the support they need. 👉 Know an ND-friendly brand, individual, or partner who'd be interested in 𝙙𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 a membership (anonymously or as part of a marketing partnership)? Please tag them below or reach out. 👉 Know someone who would benefit from 𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 a membership? Please send them the sponsorship request form linked in the comments below. Happy Giving! ✨

Six months ago, before I knew what our business model or brand would be, I knew who we wanted to serve and how I wanted our company culture to feel. I posted a short blurb about how I planned to structure social media and marketing roles and why I was hiring with accessibility in mind. That post went viral. In less than 24 hours, we had 75 super-qualified candidates on our Career Interest Form—people from FAANGs, universities, Fortune 500 companies, and non-profits—all with heartfelt notes on why they wanted to be part of Divergently. Lesson I learned? There's a desperate need for humanity and purpose in the workplace. When you're building toward a mission with an innovative vision and people's needs in mind (your customers AND your team), magic occurs. ✨ #BuildInPublic #Culture #ImpactBusiness

Life with ADHD, autism, chronic health challenges, or trauma can feel like walking through sticky, thick mud without a map of where you're going. Every step requires all of your strength and energy to continue further. Then, you finally wade through all the mud, only to discover you walked in the wrong direction and need to return and do it again. At Divergently, our goal is to give members the map, the shovel, and the sherpa so they can reach any peak they're hoping to climb in life — without getting lost. Here's what I mean... THE SHOVEL = TECH, TOOLS + DESIGN - Better systems - Accessibility features - Vetted product and service recommendations THE MAP = CONTENT + EDUCATION - Helping you know what's possible (yes, you CAN climb that peak!) through storytelling - Information to help you plan and prepare before you set out on your journey - Clear, step-by-step instructions for getting where you want to go THE SHERPA = COMMUNITY - People who have been where you're going and can help you navigate unexpected rocky terrain - Community to help carry some of the load if you tire or need a rest - Built-in cheerleaders and mentors to encourage and guide you Want us to help you climb? Sign up for our waitlist at JoinDivergently.com, and I'll see you at the peak! 🏔 #community #neurodiversity #femtech #healthtech

The affirmation, connection, and validation I received this morning was exactly what I needed after a long week (month, if I’m honest)! I spent an hour this morning with several other neurospicy parents talking about the challenges we face and strategies we use (or try really really hard to use, we just need some reminding sometimes, OK?) to navigate parenthood and neurodivergence in tandem. 🫶🏻 My fave takeaway which will 100% become my new research rabbit hole: the 8-sense system neuro 🌶️ folks experience. Your standard 5 (taste, touch, smell, sound, see) plus the added three that add the extra ✨spice✨ to our every day lives: restibulan, proprioception, and interoception. Bonus: this was my first event on Gatheround and it was SO FUN. New biggest fan right here! Such a refreshing session, big BIG thanks to Brittany King @ neli and Kendra Koch ✨ @ Divergently for hosting and fascilitating. ❤️
