    🌟 Obisidi Tech Talk: A Bootcamp That Pays You to Learn! 🌟 Tonight, I had the opportunity to attend an inspiring tech talk about a game-changing approach to breaking into software engineering: a coding boot camp that pays you to learn! This is rarely heard of in the tech space, and I love the idea of encouraging career changes The program is designed to eliminate barriers, making tech more accessible to individuals from diverse backgrounds. This boot camp equips you with the tools, mentorship, and confidence to thrive in the tech industry, no matter what. Key takeaways from the talk: ✅ A learn-as-you-earn model makes tech careers attainable for more people: The camp lasts for 3-months, which is intensive, but you will be able to learn a lot in a short space of time. ✅ Immersive curriculum tailored to meet the demands of real-world software engineering: The classes and instructor-student interactions are geared towards emulating real-world interactions such as scrum meetings ✅ Strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and continuous growth: Peer reviews are strongly encouraged in this space and are geared to help struggling students ✅ Graduates are supported in landing impactful roles in top-tier companies.
